This multi-functional food service cart can serve as a cold food buffet, salad bar, raw bar, back bar or self-serve beverage cart. The Cold Buffet has dry storage underneath as well as room for an optional 3.5 cubic foot refrigerator (shown) with matching Ipe wood-paneled door.
