The 4800 Island is a smaller version of our popular 6 foot food service cart. With one door and drawer there is room for storage or add-on options in this 4 foot cart. Add-on options include drop-in sink, ice and water station, induction cook-top, glass wall and polished granite shelf. The 4800 serves as a food prep area, condiment station, wait service station, coffee cart, buffet line, back bar or storage cabinet where space is limited.
