A 3-Pan Cold Buffet is placed next to a 4 foot polished granite counter top. Shown here with an optional 4 foot granite shelf and sneeze-guard. All Cold Buffets are available with non-refrigerated or refrigerated cold food wells.
The 9606-3/2 Hot Buffet (also available as a Cold buffet: 9605-3/2) is a variation of the 3-Pan food well in an 8 foot cabinet combination. A 3-Pan Hot (or Cold) Buffet is centered between two polished granite counter tops on either end.
