9605-5 Cold Buffet
The 9605-5 Cold Buffet is one of our best-selling buffet carts. It is an excellent multi-purpose Island for use in a buffet line or as a stand alone piece. Use it as a salad bar, raw bar, back bar or grab n' go snack cart. With a stainless steel NSF certified 5-Pan cold well (non-refrigerated or refrigerated), granite counter top and plenty of lockable storage space many of your foodservice needs can be met with this one piece.
The 9606-5 Hot Buffet with a stainless steel, NSF certified 5-Pan Hot Well is our largest buffet and is best for large volume food service needs. Each well's temperature is individually controlled and the unit is fitted with a manifold drain. A polished granite counter top at one end provides space for plates, bowls or prep work.
