The 4800
Island
is a smaller version of our popular 6 foot food service cart. With two doors
and drawers there is room for storage or add-on options in this 4 foot
cart. Add-on options include
drop-in sink, ice and water station, induction cook-top, glass wall and polished
granite shelf. The 4800 serves as a food
prep area,
condiment station, wait service station, coffee cart, buffet line, back
bar or storage cabinet where space is limited.
The 7200
Island
is our most popular size. With two doors and drawers there is plenty of room
for storage or add-on options in this 6 foot cart. A third door can be optimized
for storage space by adding a shelf kit or use the space for a 3.5 cubic
foot refrigerator with matching door panel. Other add-on options include
drop-in sink, ice and water station, induction cook-top, glass wall and polished

Island
is our largest size mobile Island. With three doors and drawers there is

The 6300
Angle Corner
is a unique Island designed for outdoor kitchen configurations with corners.
Use the Angle Corner in combination with other Vermont
Islands to make "L"
or "U" shaped configurations to give your set that custom look.
The Angle Corner is a good place to put your cash drawer or POS station.
Add one or two Angle Corners to a Bar to create a blender station, cocktail
waitress station or additional storage. The Angle Corner is also available
as a Bar-Top model (6301 Bar-Top Angle Corner)
that aligns perfectly with our bar models.
Our standard size cold wells come in refrigerated or non-refrigerated models with 3-pan or 5-pan wells for standard hotel pans. Non-refrigerated models require no electricity and refrigerated models are available in either 110V or 220V. The wells are stainless steel and meet NSF requirements. All wells come with a manifold drain.
Cold well model numbers end with 05 followed by the number of pans (for example the 7205-3 is a 3-pan cold well in a 6 foot mobile cabinet).
Our standard size hot wells are 3-pan or 5-pan models with individually controlled wells. 3-pan hot wells are available in 110V or 220V models. 5-pan hot wells are available only in 220V. The wells are stainless steel and meet NSF requirements. All wells come with a manifold drain.
Hot well model numbers end with 06 followed by the number of pans (for example the 7206-3 is a 3-pan hot well in a 6 foot mobile cabinet).
Buffet Carts come in two standard sizes, 6 foot and 8 foot. All units come with a decorative protecting bumper around the perimeter. These units can also be customized for different sized cabinets and food wells.
The 7205-3 Cold Buffet
features a non-refrigerated or refrigerated NSF certified 3-Pan Cold well
and granite counter top. This multi-functional food service cart can serve
as a cold food buffet, salad bar, raw bar, back bar or self-serve beverage
cart. The Cold Buffet has dry storage underneath as well as room for an optional
refrigerator with matching wood-paneled door.
The 7206-3 Hot Buffet is a must for lunch and dinner buffets or any occasion requiring hot food. Our electric Hot Buffets feature stainless steel, NSF certified inserts for standard hotel pans and a granite counter top. Use the Hot Buffet as a bain-marie or in combination with our Cold Buffets, Service Islands, Bar Carts and Standard Islands to meet all of your food service needs.
The 7205-5
Cold Buffet features a non-refrigerated or refrigerated stainless steel, NSF certified
5-Pan Cold food well, filling the entire length of the mobile cart. This
multi-functional mobile cart can be used as a cold food buffet, raw bar,
back bar or self-service beverage cart.
The 7206-5 Hot Buffet is a must for lunch and dinner buffets or any occasion requiring hot food for a large number of guests. Our electric Hot Buffets feature stainless steel, NSF certified inserts for standard hotel pans and a granite counter top. Use the Hot Buffet as a bain-marie or in combination with our Cold Buffets, Service Islands, Bar Carts and Standard Islands to meet all of your food service needs.
The 9605-3
Cold Buffet is perfect for lunch and dinner buffets or any occasion requiring food service
for a large number of guests. A 3-Pan Cold Buffet is placed next to a 4 foot
polished granite counter top. Shown here with an optional 4 foot granite
shelf and sneeze-guard.
The 9606-3/2 Hot Buffet (also available as a Cold buffet) is a variation of the 3-Pan food well in an 8 foot cabinet combination. A 3-Pan Hot (or Cold) Buffet is centered between two polished granite counter tops on either end.
The 9605-5 Cold Buffet
is one of our best-selling buffet carts. It is an excellent multi-purpose Island
for use in a buffet line or as a stand alone piece. Use it as a salad bar, raw
bar, back bar or grab n' go snack cart. With a stainless steel NSF certified
5-Pan cold well (non-refrigerated or refrigerated), granite counter top and
plenty of lockable storage space many of your foodservice needs can
be met with this one piece.
The 9606-5 Hot Buffet with a stainless steel, NSF certified 5-Pan Hot Well is our largest buffet and is best for large volume food service needs. Each well's temperature is individually controlled and the unit is fitted with a manifold drain. A polished granite counter top at one end provides space for plates, bowls or prep work.
Vermont Islands offers two (2) basic varieties of interior mobile bars: the Commercial Bar and the Banquet Bar. Though similar in function each has its own unique properties appropriate for the type of service being given at each bar. Either bar type can be set-up for post-mix soda systems however an 8 foot bar is recomended to allow for the bag-in-box storage.
Commercial Bars with Glastender® underbar components are full service bars. Use them for daiquiri bars, cocktail bars, or beer and wine bars with walk-up or cocktail service applications.
Banquet Bars are simply designed for portability and ease of use in high-volume applications with walk-up or cocktail service.
The
7208 Commercial Bar features a Glastender®
stainless steel bar system which fits Island Oasis® or Maui™
frozen beverage system machines for blended drinks and smoothies,
making this a perfect margarita or daquiri bar. The double-tiered
design features a granite bar/counter top on the customer side and
lockable storage underneath for back-up mixers, liquors and supplies.
Optional canopy and glass-rack provides shade and stemware storage.
Alternate Glastender® underbar components are available on request.
Add on a refrigerator, wine captain, self-contained keg cooler or more ice or liquor storage by upgrading to the 8 foot 9608 Commercial Bar.
The 7213 Banquet Bar
feautures a large
stainless steel work surface, a 24" ice bin capable of holding up to 71 lbs of
ice and speed rails for well and call liquors. The ice bin can be fitted with
an optional cold plate for post-mix or bag-in-box soda dispensing.
The Banquet Bar has a large under-counter storage area perfect for bag-in-box
soda systems, mixers, liquors and stemware.
Versatile service stations complete the Vermont Islands interior line. Service Stations include podiums, greeter stations, bussing stations, wait stations with ice or water service and bottle coolers. Like our other products, service stations are fully customizable to meet your needs.
The 2402 Podium
is great for indoor applications. Our Host Podium with slanted
granite counter top and side menu holder is ideal for host stands, guest
books, registration books, clipboards, seating charts, starter stations,
greeting stations, etc. Use it in the restaurant, at the cafe or in the lobby.
The
versatile 6001 Wait Station combines the best
features of our Bus Station and Wait Station designs. It features open shelving
for small bus tubs and lockable doors and drawer for secure storage. The lockable
fold-down door option provides additional storage space and security. A polished
granite counter top and top display shelf finishes this useful and functional
station.
The 6002
Bottle Cooler Back Bar is a functional piece for keeping beer and wine
cold. It is similar in appearance to the 6001 Wait
Station, with granite
top shelf and optional fold-down locking doors for additional secure storage.
The 60 inch NSF certified cooler by Glastender® has
a capacity for 10.5 cases of long-neck bottles. This item is also available
as a Bar Top model that aligns with the 7208 Commercial
Bar, 9608 Commercial Bar and 6301
Bar Top Angle.
The 7201 Wait Station
is a specialized version of the standard 6 foot cart. With extended side
and back panels, it is ideal for a wait service station: the backsplash keeps
things like water pitchers, coffee urns, condiments and utensil racks from
falling off. There is plenty of storage room behind the lockable doors and
drawers. Available with a 3.5 cubic
foot refrigerator with matching wood door panel to keep cream, milk, etc.

a 4 foot model (4801 Wait Station).
